Maintenance Contracts

We provide tailored maintenance contracts to suit our customers’ needs, from all inclusive contracts covering all emergency call outs and parts to preventative maintenance contracts that cover full services every 3 months.

CCTV Monitoring

An activation of the system will automatically notify the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) over the telephone line, by radio or using GSM or other communications facilities. The ARC will have specific instructions regarding what to do in such a situation – Monitor site remotely for activity, communicate with Intruder / Burglar via loud speakers, contact keyholders, the Gardai, an Alarm Response Service etc.Also MMS messages sent to mobile phones or emails from the Camera system are available for personal monitoring. Remote viewing via laptop, PDA and iphone are available.

Integrated Systems

DNA Security can integrate your CCTV with various security devices and systems for example, link with Intruder / Burglar alarms to notify ARC of Intruder / Burglar, With Access Control Systems so when a door opens a camera will turn and focus on area. With Computer Networks for remote access from P.C.s to view cameras.
