Maintenance Contracts
DNA Security can tailor maintenance contracts to suit each development from standard service contracts to comprehensive contracts which cover call outs and replacement parts. Customers have reduced their annual costs by bundling maintenance contracts together for example if DNA Security are on site four times a year to service Fire alarms & Emergency lighting as standards require we can service the access control, Intruder / Burglar alarm and CCTV on the same visits.
Integrated Systems
Access control systems can be integrated with CCTV, e.g. to use CCTV imaging to verify people entering and exiting doors or all emergency exit doors opening when fire alarm is activated, and Intruder / Burglar alarms to detect forced entry. Full remote control of the access system is available Via Dial in or Broadband connection.
